ABOUT LINHADLEY ELJACH
Linhadley is a real estate attorney with over a decade of combined legal and business experience in the New York City real estate industry.
Linhadley’s passion for real estate began in college during an internship with a global real estate services and investment company. She further developed and honed this interest in law school when she worked as a summer associate at one of the largest law firms in Long Island, where she facilitated residential real estate closings.
After earning her law degree, Linhadley served as a Vice President at a New York-based real estate development and investment management firm for several years, managing the execution of luxury condominium transactions in New York and West Palm Beach, Florida. She also negotiated and managed the life cycle of commercial leasing transactions. She later expanded her experience by practicing at a global law firm, primarily representing institutional owners and REITs in complex commercial leasing transactions.
Linhadley earned her law degree from Emory University School of Law, where she served as President of the Real Estate Law Society and Marketing Editor of the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal. Linhadley was also recognized with the Keith J. Shapiro Award for Corporate Bankruptcy Writing (Honorable Mention). Linhadley’s legal writing has been published and cited by Federal courts. Linhadley is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
Linhadley believes in the power of community, and as such, she dedicates her free time to volunteering. She actively contributes to shaping future leaders from underserved communities as a volunteer for an organization that places high school students and law school students in judicial internships. Linhadley also volunteers at a local church, where she helps organize community outreach to support neighbors in need of financial, physical, and emotional assistance.
